Growing up on a third generation mixed enterprise farm (broadacre cropping, sheep and beef) Australian-based Agribusiness Specialist Jack Steel gained first-hand farm production knowledge that he brings to his role at Compass Agribusiness.
A graduate of Agricultural Science (University of Melbourne), Jack began his career as a market analyst at Profarmer Australia before moving to Compass.
Using his experience in market analysis, Jack thrives on supporting clients and investors to achieve optimal efficiency and profitability. He enjoys the wins he helps bring about for clients – increasing production and returns and growing his clients’ knowledge to help them make more informed decisions.
Outside of work Jack is an avid supporter of the Geelong Football Club and also enjoys coaching rowing – or being back on the farm.
